How to adjust the edit window in topics description ?

Hello,
Maybe a simple question, but I don'nt know how to solve the problem.
How can the edit window for topic description be adjusted in size ? The are much too small for normal working.

you mean the admin template? switch to 100% Mode in PagEd and Modules preview

No, I meant the (too) little edit field for the topic description text.
